For me a Cornish beach ,surf and a clear blue sky epitomises Summer ! There’s the obvious colour of the aforementioned that could capture the mood .To me the black sky of this image captures the clarity of that blue sky more .The strong sun blazing down highlights the tips of the boards on the hire stands , raring to go into a oiling calm blue Atlantic , interspersed with huge rolling waves . Perfect !
